What you'll actually be doing:

Delivering genuine, person-centred care — helping with personal care and daily living, supporting mobility and comfort, providing companionship, and working alongside nurses and wider care teams to keep residents safe and well looked after.

What we need from you:

• At least 6 months' paid care experience in the UK — care home, nursing home, or hospital setting

• A real passion for care, not just a job to fill time

• The right to work in the UK

• A driving licence is a bonus, though not essential
